This job aid is designed to assist the CSR in basic OK10 fabrication order entry

2 | - Input qty and item number - Fabrication will always be 'SHT' - click 'enter' once
- Click on 'Configurator' instead of 'Accept'

- Be sure to update 'Req DTE' (general lead time is 5-7 business days)

4 | - Click 'enter' and required fields will populate in yellow
- Be sure to confirm all highlighted details with your customer - Details below for each field

| Shape Line 07 | - Rectangle - Any square or rectangle
- Disk - Perfectly round disk -
We can do ANY size plastic disk. For metal, we have the following dies: 3/4" .780” .844 dia (21.5mm) .875 1" 1 1/2" 2" - Special Shape - Anything not a rectangle, square, round - Would use special shape for an oval, or anything with a bend. We can’t do metal special shapes.

| Height Line 08 and Width Line 09 | In order for S2K to recognize a fractional number, it must be formatted in one of two ways: - If you choose to use a fraction, you must include a dash. The system does not understand what the number is if there is no dash and therefore cannot calculate the square inches or price correctly. The correct way to enter this number would be: 3-1/2
- The other acceptable way (preferred way) to enter this number, is to use decimals instead of fractions. The correct way to enter this number would be: 3.5

| Grain Line 11 | - Generally will be horizontal grain unless the customer specifically asks for vertical grain.
|
| Cut System Line 12 | - Generally, we choose 'Manual Cutting - OK10; Unless processing a repeat order with a different cut method or instructed differently by Dallas/Chris

| X-SHAPE Line 13 | - Will be used for Special Shape notes
|
| INFO FIELD Lines 14 & 16 | - Put in lead time & any other special notes for the customer and/or fabrication (example: REPEAT INVOICE XYZ)

| MIN QTY Line 19 | - Will always be +/-10% unless customer specifically calls out exact qty
|
| Bevel Line 22 & BEVL ANGLE Line 24 | - Line 22: Search options by clicking F4, chose the best option for the order
- Line 24: If a bevel is required you will select 45

|
| CORNER Line 32 & RADIUS SZ Line 34 | - Square corners do not require any additional information.
- Radius corners (rounded corners), we do need to know the radius from the customer. Search field by clicking F4 and select radius.

| PSA REQ'D Line 35 & PSA PART # Line 37 (PSA: Pressure sensitive adhesive; AKA ADATAPE) | - If adhesive is required select PSA REQUIRED on line 35, and select which adhesive is needed on PSA PART # line 37 - Most common: PSA467 - OK10
|
| HOLES (Lines 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50) - See Dallas for help with inputting detail | - If holes are required, we try to ask for a diagram for hole placement, however we don't necessarily need a diagram for every hole order if the customer can clearly explain what they need. We also do not need a diagram for repeat orders.

5 | Once complete, click ‘Upd/Return’ |

6 | ‘End Order’ |

7 | Advisory Screen | - Fab orders will show up as a fab code and allocate to OK10

8 | Freight Est screen | - OKC fabrication orders do not qualify for flat rate or free shipping (unless account is noted differently). S2K will calculate freight based on weight
UPDATE: As of Q2 2022 OK10 fabrication orders under 50 lbs. DO qualify for our flat rate shipping |
9 | - ALWAYS put in 'Comments' stating the lead time. These comments show up on customer's confirmation, packing slip, and invoice.
- Be sure to put your ticket number in the EXT notes as Dallas will review most fabrication orders before processing the MO and sending to OKC fab.

- Most fabrication is a 5-7 business day lead time – Be sure to also communicate this with your customer.
- Add to each Fabrication order: All custom cut fabrication jobs are subject to +/- 10% run

10 | | - Process payment
- Send customer confirmation
- Release order
