2. Kits are produced in MN02 and shipped out of OH20.
*All orders need to be allocated to OH20 to ship*

3. Process the order in S2K, and keep on hold until step 4 is completed
4. Email the customer the Accent License Agreement – We will need the customer to complete and return it to us before shipping their order.

Attach the Raster License Agreement form to your email
5. Once we receive the completed form from the customer, we need to upload the document to the customer file maintenance in S2K
6. The serial number will auto-upload to the order in s2k at the warehouse level once the kit is scanned
7. To see the serial number in S2K (only visible once the order has been invoiced):
- Detail Sales
- Highlight the item number
- Right-click on Serial Numbers
