| BEC | JPE Billing/Pricing Error (c) | C | When there is a pricing error from a quote or a published price verse what the customer was actually charged. Including pricing variance on the web |
| CEC | CUS Customer Order Error (c) | C | customer made a mistake when ordering |
| ERC | S2K/ Web System Error (c) | C | Pricing or description error on the web or in S2K / there was an error on the web or in S2K that caused something to occur in the order that should not have, ie: duplicate items, missing items, wrong pricing, etc… |
| FBC | FAB Fabrication Error (c) | C | Error was made in fabricating an item, unable to be returned and fixed |
| OPC | JPE Order Processing Error (c) | C | Order taker made a mistake when entering the order |
| PKC | WH Pick Error (C) | C | WHS picked the wrong item or qty |
| SHC | SHP Carrier Error (c) | C | Shipping carrier lost the shipment/ delayed shipment |
| TAX | Sales Tax Error (C) | C | customer was charged sales tax but is tax exempt and needs a credit |
| VDC | VND Issue/ Defective (c) | C | Product is defective from the vendor, ie: bad coating |
| WSC | WH Other Error (c) | C | WHS made an error in following special instructions or in applying adhesive |
| DMG | Damaged (c) | C | Product damaged in shipment |
